A2: APT9 is an online boutique specializing in carefully curated resale clothing. We take pride in giving pre-loved clothes a new lease on life, creating a sustainable fashion cycle and keeping valuable resources out of landfill.
Q3: Where do you source your clothing?
A3: We source our clothing from various resale shops and buy items by the pound, often at the end of the clothing life cycle. Our goal is to select pieces that aren't ready for the trash and deserve to be loved again. Each item is chosen for its style, quality, and condition, with an eye for pieces that will appeal to our customers. We are proud to be a part of the solution to the global clothing waste problem, which sees an estimated 92 million tons of textiles waste created each year.
Q4: How do you determine the condition of the clothes?
A4: We grade the condition of each item before it is listed for sale. You can find a detailed description of the condition on the individual product page. We strive to only offer items that are in good to excellent condition.
Q5: Are the clothes cleaned before sale?
A5: Yes, all our clothes are professionally cleaned and carefully packaged before they are listed for sale. However, we recommend our customers to wash or dry clean their purchased items before use, following the care instructions.
Q6: What sizes do you carry?
A6: Our size range varies depending on the piece. The size of each item will be listed on its product page. Please keep in mind that sizes can vary greatly between different brands, styles, and especially with resale clothing.
Q7: How should I choose the right size?
A7: Each product listing includes measurements, taken with the item laying flat. We strongly encourage our customers to compare these measurements with a garment they already own and like the fit of. Checking the measurements carefully before purchasing is the best way to ensure a great fit.
Q8: What is your return policy?
A8: Due to the unique nature of resale clothing, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will review each case individually.
